Details

Portfolio operations hide waste in the gaps between brands: duplicate tools, subscriptions no one cancelled, data that never moves between systems. The first win was simply cutting what was being paid for and not used.

With the stack consolidated, the build work has a clean base to sit on. Product data pipelines feed the rebuilds, and migrations happen on a known, audited footing instead of guesswork.

The flagship store rebuild shows the pattern working: the old page-builder theme loaded its largest content in 27.9 seconds on mobile with a 6.5 MB page. The rebuilt storefront measures 5.4 seconds on the same test, five times faster, with the remaining weight coming from third-party marketing scripts now on the cut list.
